Is it torn? If not you might be able to just work it back in, maybe with a flat screwdriver.90 Festy (Larry)--B6M (Matt D. modified B6 head), header, 5-speed, Capri XR2 front brakes, many other little mods

Is the rubber piece separating from the door, or is the window not lining up with the rubber piece? Just clips that hold the bottom pieces on, not 100 percent sure on the rest of the way around the window.

Roll the window down half-way. Take off the door panel, and loosen the two 10mm bolts that hold the window on. Re-positon the window in the track. If it falls out agian you will probably need a new window felt or regulator.---------------------------------------------------
