the relays just mount one 10mm under battery tray and the harness runs up dirverside area of radiator you ac plug on main harness should be there to plug into then run it along underside of radiator support to just above pass. headlight and drop the single wire plug for compressor and then continue it down kinda along frame to plug in pressure switch and then meet the interior plugs
This might help a little bit. Shows the routing of the A/C hard line and the wiring harness along the passenger side. I can get some more pics if you like...
There are a couple of plugs hidden behind the strut brace

I'd say drill. thats probably not the right answer but a life motto of mine is "if you can't find the hole....make a new one" okay well thats not really a life motto but i felt this thread needed a joke somewhere.
in all honesty my haynes manual said that it should be high on the firewall like around the vin stamp but in the picture they have in it they used an aspire and looking at your picture i dont see an inlet/outlet which ever you may call it...id give it another day of looking at it, then drill one.
What year / model is the Festy you're putting your AC into?
Perhaps a better question is what years are / are not compatible for AC-parts swaps? I've got an 88L that I want to add AC to someday. Thought I saw a thread somwhere on FF.com saying that you can't put AC parts from any year onto any Festy?
88L - 'Twistiva' - 'The Fusion of Man and Machine'
88LX - 'Laztiza' - Future Resurrection Project
91L - 'Mistiva' - My Daughter's DD
93L - 'Vextiva' - Airport Car
I have the condenser and receiver drier set in. I see what is going on with all the plugs I think. I need to see where the harness goes through the firewall. I'm about to take my 93 auto w/ air over to my dad's garage for a "template". Will update with progress pics. I feel pretty good about completing it. Thanks so much for all the "text support"
no problem, anymore questions just fire away! I ran my wires through the firewall through the plug where the evap box drain pipe goes. But all the wires had been cut by the PO so I didn't have the plugs to worry about. I doubt they'll fit through there I'm sure you can find somewhere though!
I'm just going to see where they are supposed to go. I took the fender off. I thought I remembered them entering there. We will see in a bit. You will probably hear from me!
