Try a fuel pressure reading . Cycling the key all your doing is making the fuel pump run constant again ... Sounds like a fuel pressure issue to me . Might even be a vaf door problem . Pm your address and ill send you a vaf if you wanna try that .
Could also be tps problem ,have a friend that went through three vaf (warranty replacement )only to find cure to be tps . I'll send a complete throttle body as well .

The more I think about it, the more it sounds like a fuel issue. Could be the pump going bad, or a clog..probably in the fuel filter if anywhere. Take off the filter and drain it out and blow thru it, shouldn't have discolored gas/gunk/any resistance at all. A 70$ fuel pump is chump change compared to what you've already put in it, if its "weak" it would pump enough to get you started but not keep up with the driving load.

Replaced brain, vap or “vaf”,map, fuel pressure regulator, injectors tps, iac,,fuel relay ,high speed relay, igniter, condenser (capacitor) .coil. complete distributor included was the crankshaft positioning sensor, cap, wires, rotor, 02 sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, radiator temp sensor, engine temp sensor. checked timing belt, checked crank and cam alignment. Main relay sounds like its working. Replaced all vacuums, cant find any vacuum leaks on intake. Tried adjusting the TPS, Attempted to adjust tming but was never able to get the marks near the timing guage. Running out of things to replace.fuel pressure stays constant at 35psi

Alldata reads 25-31 psi as the spec. Although 35 is high i would think it would be perfectly fine.

Seriously doubt it's the engine itself.
High probability it is ancillary sub-system.
But a compression check would eliminate that as a possibility.

ok, NOW you're starting to make sence! cold start: runs good for 2 min, then no power after that. warm start: runs good for 2 min, then no power after that.

believe it or not, you just solved the problem right there.... you need to focus on the sensors the ECU ignores durring the "warm up period". once you have the list of sensors, systematicaly diagnose each one untill you find the fault. (personaly, i'm leaning toward a coolent temp sensor circuit)

save for the fact that his engine is a MAP system... and there's no EGR position sensor (though possibly a DPFE, but i didn't see one in the vids). suffice to say, his engine is VERY different than ours.
