I've been losing oil since I've had the car in March. But it was never in radiator.
Do I need head gasket set or just head gasket

No, but you will need to replace them when you do the head gasket, if that is the issue.

It is possible you just have coolant leak, but if after you clean out the radiator the milky liquid returns in same or similar volume, then likely a head gasket.
    Are you losing oil too?

Wipe out the milky liquid refill with coolant and see how long before it returns, if it returns.

A head gasket set for your car in your area at Advance Auto is around $100. A novice should be able to do this job by himself in a day. For $100, I would definitely attempt this, and not let Justiva go by the wayside.

    started a topic Radiator ?

    Radiator ?

I believe Justiva the justifiable Festiva may be done for. Today I checked the coolant. And what did I find? Low on coolant and a white milky liquid in it and around the radiator cap.
    What might this be?
