My girlfriends car does the same thing. The only thing I can think of is the tps is out of adjustment.

What kind of car? year, engine and model? Mattrhodes thread is the festiva EFI and
it is to much air at idle. Either the throttle plate is letting too much go by or the
bypass screw is out too far. There are other possibilities but most almost always
this is what it is.Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig

I'm sure there is no vacuum leaks now. And while I was doing that I figured the problem the vacuum hose was to small so I drilled a hole and connected the big one it is running like a champ now and rides better to.;

ok idle sounds good now. When it is warmed up, but on a cold start it wants to stall on idle for like 10 min. so i crank it and drive it down the street and back to get all the stalling out of it's system then drive it around town all day fine.;

I have an aspire bar I'd give you. I think Greg has a spare at his place too. But we all use factory Festiva sway bars. Just use good bushings. Lca and sway bar bushings is all you need.1988 Ford Festiva "Sonic" BPT g25mr MS2 standalone ecu, FOTY '11, Best Beater FMV, Fan Favorite FMVI
