It actually says 112205 in the number...I'm guessing he's just going by that.

265000k on my timing belt .... should I change it?
Timing belt is an easy job on a B3, if your worried about it breaking, just change the belt then
1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor
1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)
If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

I need to change mine as well, trying to hold off doing it until it warms up outside because I have no heated garage to work in.1991 Ford Festiva BP (Full Aspire/Rio Swap) (337k Miles) (Around 95k Engine)

Good of you to post a picture of the old timing belt along with identifier and manufacturer. For folks that have never tangled with engines other than oil changes and superficial tune-ups a timing belt change on a B3 is definitely a 'rite of passage' for transcending from 'pretend mechanic' to 'become-fledged' auto handi-man. Now you can also begin to appreciate what Festy owners of swapped B8s and BPs have to go through when they try to do theirs.
