Think it was off a tooth on intake side. Fixed and actually cranks better now. Hope it fixes gas issue will let know soon.

It's probably the screw loose between the gas pedal and the steering wheel gotcha!

At what speed are you over reporting by 5mph. If it's at 50mph that needs a 10% correction. If it's at 25mph that's 20% off...

it is 5 mph over at every speed going 50 mph it says 55mph.

Smaller tires = more revs per mile. Also more engine revs to maintain same speed, it would seem. You say your cooling fan is always on, and did you mention no t-stat? Is the engine reaching optimal operating temp?

there is a t-stat and it reads right in the middle between cold and hot.

Once you finish the timing always make sure you have 19 teeth between the to cam marks. Having 19 doesn't necessarily mean that its right, but if its not 19 it does absolutely mean that its wrong

size.jpg that is a 7.57 % increase in rpm so if i did the math right that is only a 2.27 mpg decrease and not a 10 mpg decrease .

i will fill up soon and do a test and find out if it was the timing that was the issue.

It depends on your driving. If you used those wheels on the highway it will affect you more. But you should get better city miles. You are changing the gearing too when you change the size of the wheel.

Mental has to put oil in his every hour anyway so I wouldnt sweat it. Just make sure you fill up at every stop.
