I sure hope your ROOM fuse was a 10 AMP (red) fuse and protected your ECA when the MAIN fuse link melted.
The injectors get their power from the EGI fuse link through the main relay (Y/BK). They ground through the ECA (GN/Y & GN/BK). That's how they know when to turn on and shut off. Check out that circuit.
I am only assuming that your main relay should work because your fuel pump relay is working.
