        Try pumping gas pedal? When starting the engine I let it run for about 10 seconds and then press the accellorator to release the choke.

        Assume you've tried the white plastic idle adjustment screw on the left side of the carb?

          Oh yeah, I turned it until it does nothing, got it down to 2500. Revving it to let it kick down lets it kick down. You can see the little weighted piece move out of the way, then it idles at about 3K before sloooooooooowly dropping back down.

            Tom kind of pointed in the right direction. I would call it the base idle screw. Missing on daughters Carb.

            Finagled a small screwdriver in there and dialed it down. Viola. Set the rough idle and rolled. Thanks guys!
