IIRC, a 20 degrees difference between ambient air temp and A/C output is about all that can be expected from an Automobile unit. Wind chill effect will affect temps to a small degree.

Our Festiva's are very uninsulated hot boxes in the summer and excellent chill boxes in the winter.
