Just ran the codes and it says my tps and o2 is bad.

You have too many issues to narrow down logically but guesses work for a lot of people. The TPS can cause problems and for the code to happen it likely saw a bad reading. I would replace the TPS and clear codes, start over, test drive for a while before chasing more codes or symptoms.
