Lower Control Arm nut/bolt issue
I think I solved this Lower Control Arm nut/bolt issue.
After laying under the car for about 30 minutes staring at this problem, thought I try a longer bolt, but harder steel than the nut.
It worked by slowly starting the thread and tighten the bolt slowly, with some lubricant. Went all the way and it did go tight, but it did not bolt tight, I could feel it just about to strip again, so I left it at that.
When the car is back on the ground, then I'll get a spot of weld onto the bolt, it need never come off again.
The suggested way at a front end suspension place I asked for advice, they said to cut the chassis, replace the bolt and weld up the chassis again. That is extreme last resort, fortunately it did not have to be that way.
Car is ready to put wheels back on.
