I bypassed the iac valve last night. I had my fuse box fail completely under the hood so I had to fix that first. Anyway I got the idle set correctly and I started it up this morning at about 10ºf and it started and idled (really low and a tad rough) without any throttle input. I ended up feathering the throttle a little and she straighten up and idled great.. It works great now! I was so tired of the high idle! It was a pain to drive!
I also got all the brakes,a brake line, bearings and pretty much everything done but repairing a parking brake cable... Body is a little rough but she might be a dependable old car after all....Comment
