4 inch tires???
Ok, like everyone said, you either need a new steering rack bushing or inner tie rod end. Before you order the inner tie rod end check the boot. If its cracked or has holes get a new one of those too. If water gets in there it will wreck the new tie rod end soon and you dont want that.
You could try these rims. They take around a 405-460mm wide tire.

I had 175/70/13's Michelins on my '88 and it noticeably dropped rpms at highway speeds. On the downside I lost a little bit in acceleration and I had to use 4th gear to keep my speed up on long hills. The B3 is a little bit under powered and taller tires make it even more under powered. Wider tires will not change anything @ 90. Quality tires, wheels that are true and a good balancing will make for drama free high speed cruising.

I work at a front end and alignment shop and I second the ones saying inner tierod end or rack bushing. Most likely inner tierod end. If you pull the boot back from the rack you should be able to get a look at the socket that is the inner tierod joint and see if it's moving around in there, or if it just started unscrewing from the steering rack itself. Seen it before.

Turns out it wasnt the alignment at all. Got to really looking and one tire is shorter than the others. I put 175/70/13s in the front and 155/80/r12s in the back. Front end stopped shaking altogether, but then back end fishtailed and swerved at 55. Turns out one of my 12s was a 155/r12 76s. Shorter tire from brazil. Put another 155/80/r12 on the back and is now smooth at all speeds
