it makes the background actually look like a model....sorts like a train set table. -
makes the edges look blurry.1992 white L, Bp, American racing 13's, stock trans.

Kind of the opposite of a film view camera, where tilts & swings shift the film plane to extend the sharpness of field in an individualized photograph for a given focal length & f/ratio.Comment

I think it does somewhat give the desired effect, by making it look like you are zoomed WAY in on an object. Like Pyro said, looks like someone photographing little models on a train set or something
