          Nice ride!

I hope my Festivas look that good at 330K!

Right now Luxstiva is my high miles car at 205K with a younger engine and suspension. She got me to Canada and back last weekend on a 1000 mile trip!

why not try to repair the dent?

its not so hard to get it looking less ugly.

just remove the side panels in the car and try to press out the dent.

most times that worked good. and just some little marks were left.

hmmm... i might try that. wouldn't it pop off some paint though? thanks for the comments. i'm hoping for some 14" wheels, maybe some neon lights underneath, a paint job, and a cheap tach. well, thats what is possible within my budget anyway! hopefully i can make it happen.

try and find a guage cluster w/ a tach at a junkyard. probably be a lot cheaper than having a new one installed. very easy to switch out.

There were a couple of clusters w/tach on ebay.

what does a cluster swap require? it sounds like a lot of work to me. and if i did, what would i need to get with the cluster i pulled out? never done this before. mostly all ive done is engine work. thanks.

It is one of the easiest upgrades you can do, takes about 20-30 min. Here is a link to a "how to"

                              20-30 mins

I can remove one in less than 3 min. I had the GF time me yesterday @ the JY.

I dont think installation would take that long.
