SO ABOUT MAKING IT TO 250 K

I'm much closer than I realize. My gas mileage has been absolutely horrible. He's been parked for the winter so I've been driving the Aspire. I filled up my tank half a mile from home, reset the trip odo, went home, and went to work the next morning. Glanced down at my trip on my way to work and noticed something wasn't right. Long story short, my Festiva claims it takes 13.2 miles to get to work, the Aspire clocks in at 15.7, and Google maps says it's a grand total of 16.6 miles.

MY HORRIBLE GAS MILEAGE FINALLY MAKES SENSE

Can't wait for spring weather to break him out of exile so we can finish this list!

Hit up my covered bridges today. I thought this first bridge was going to dictate the rest of the day but we got lucky.

Moscow Covered Bridge was actually destroyed by a tornado in 2008 but rebuilt from old parts. It was sturdy enough for us today!

Bridge #2, Forsythe Covered Bridge, built in 1888 by E L Kennedy. Carby car was super annoyed by having to idle in the heat and was already running hot.

Bridge #3, Homer Bridge was on someone's freaking property. I wasn't driving though cows to get there.

Bridge #4, Smith Covered Bridge, built in 1877 and frighteningly creaky.

#5, Norris Ford Covered Bridge, built in 1916. It is the next to last bridge constructed by the Kennedy family, who were well known for building these area bridges. Note that this one is much less ornate than the others.
