ok on my 92 GL it has some what stock exhaust the cat has been removed and some patchy stuff has been put in place of it and it is leaking really bad! i was wondering if i put my bp exhaust on it would it be to much? it was on my red bp car and it stats with 2 inch then when it gets to about the e break handel it goes to a shorty cherry bomb that is 2 1/2 inch the rest of the way out and it goes out by the rear tire on the passenger side. will that be to much for it? will i lose to much back pressure? or it be ok and not lose to much? it has no cat.

It's got to be better than patched up and leaking pipe. I'd run that. At least for now.Festiva: Because even my dog can build a Honda.

An engine has to have a certian amount of back pressure to run properly. Thats probably why you can tell a difference in power. If youve got it , go with the 1 3/4.Search Master - Honorary Member of Midwest Festiva Inc., Gulf Coast Chapter

From what I discerned from this thread, you should just get a test pipe made to go where your leaky, gutted cat is.
That or just get it welded up unless it's miserable. Got any pictures?-Caleb
