BP01 ECU is not a DOHC Ecu. Just an FYI, if it came with a SOHC B8 and you just plugged in a BP ECU it will not run right at all. BP01 = B8

He said a bp ecu into a b8 equiped car wouldn't run right at all, not a b8 ecu into a bp equiped car like you've done.
My experience with this sort of thing is that the difference is pretty dramatic.
I Liken it to the difference between "just running" and "tuned", quite a bit more useable power,
not even to mention the sustantial increase in milage bonus as well!

yea I got his number just waiting to get all my parts ready so he can give me an estimate, . by the end of january I should have either a b8 or b6 but pretty much sure going with the b8

bp 10 and I think the other is bp 05 its blurred out.

its problay bp01 and bpo5 and both of those are for a dohc 1.8 im fairly certian. correct me if im wrong
