so how much for another casting rocketman?

I'm working out some contract issues. The casting might not be available directly from me - so I don't know what the price will be. A lot of it will depend on machining costs

also very interested in the casting, and if it would work on my miata, how much would your price range be?

The casting is designed to work for the 1.6 Miata as well.

The car can be driven around town but needs more work. I need to smoothen out the signal from the tbs to the map so i can get a better reading and get rid of most the noise it picks up. I know one thing is for sure that its going to take me awhile to get things running smoothly.

itb's are just a pain in general, a friend of mine had a bulit k20 with itb's in his ek hatch and his car gained a second down the 1/4 mile when he just junked the itb's and put a bone stock intake mani on

hes a really good tuner also,

lots of guys i race with to, lots with corolla gts's that just cringe cause somethigns not running right all the time, lean bogging vac leak etc.

also a friend of mine with a 2.0L miata with itb's has been trying to get his car to run right for over a year with no success.

If they can make em work on a stock motorcycle I don't see why it can't work on a car.

Maybe see what/how it's done on the bike they came from?

haha i never meant to imply that,

what i meant to say is, if everythign works properly, and if you can get everything to work properly, they are the way to go!

but most people think you slap on itb's and done, there is alot more to it than that, especially in the tuning dept.

im personally a n/a guy, i dont like turbos i see them breaking all the time, if i could get a set of itb's to work on my miata road racer id slap a set on right away.. the only reason im putting a turbo on my fetus is to gain experience.

Well today was good i got the map signal all smoothed out with a little help from a air line filter. Now the car at a light cruise sits at 14.3-15.0 afr instead of 11-10 afr lets hope i can get better than 200km to a tank lol it was a bit rich...
