Yeah i just wanted people to understand the high price isnt me trying to make money, the high price is because its a custom made part by a machinist and he has to make a little money to keep his business running. I would love to have that press... we have those on most jobs im on and they are nice to have around. Also loving the dual carbs bravekozak

Just had somebody contact me that already has a weber carb to install so is not going to buy the weber kit, if anybody else is planning there install this way you will need the upper adapter plate that comes in the weber adapter kits... the suzuki samurai kit i posted has everything you guys will need plus my adapter for the intake, but if you already have a carb then you will need to order my plate plus a weber adapter kit for the upper plate and it also has the gaskets and hardware needed. Here is a link to ebay for a kit that is only 24.99

I could have the machinist make the upper plate but would be another 50 bucks so it cost more then just buying the weber adapter kit that has everything you need.

So just to clarify... if you are buying a new carb then get the suzuki samurai weber 32/36 dgev kit it will come with everything needed then ill send you the plate for your intake.

If you already have a carb or are buying a used one that does not have the adapter plates or hardware then all you need to do is buy the weber adapter kit and it will have the upper plate you need and the hardware, then i will send you the plate needed for your intake.

This method will save you the most amount of cash... if you have any more questions feel free to pm me.

Yeah if your not comfortable doing it yourself he can do it and it would be perfect... You could put the carb on and it will be drivable so all he would have to do is tune it. I'm prob gonna do a thread on how to do the weber swap, like using my plate and how it all works, I'll do that when I get mine back from the machinist.

yes like i said it has everything you need to install i should have the plates by this next week sometime. The only thing you will need to do is tune it like we talked about, or have matt tune it either way

Here is the thing guys, I'm just trying to help those out there that want to do the weber swap and don't have the means to make an adapter plate. I made my own the first time and it didn't last because the aluminum I used was way too thin and it bent and stripped the threads... So I do work for a machine shop that builds robots and figured I would ask them and they did it for me for trade of work. Now this plate I'm having made is professionally made by a cnc mill, so it will be perfect thickness and holes are tight and perfect. The guy making them for me is charging me 50 per plate... And that's only because I'm gonna order 5 at a time so he can run the machine full of them... Basically it's better for him so he gets 1 machine run and 5 plates sold vs a machine run time and only 2 plates made... So I am making 0.00 dollars on this and spending my time to pick them up and ship them to you guys... I'm not trying to make money cuz I know there is very few people who really need these, it would be pointless for me to try and make a dollar on it because as it is the price is 50 bucks. So please don't think that I'm trying to raise the price and make money... If you know somebody locally that can make them then go for it, or if you would rather order the australian kit that's fine too it's just crazy expensive. I'm doing this because when I was doing my swap there was a couple threads on people who kept saying they were gonna make plates and then never did... So I was stuck trying to figure out what to do. So this solves the problem, I will have him make 5 at a time and I have to pay him up front for 5 so out of my pocket is 250 bucks... So please let me know if you want one and don't back out because this is coming out of my pocket and all I'm doing is trying to help... My girlfriend is mad that I'm not charging extra... Lol but right now I'm laid off and have time so please just pm me and let me know. Thanks

I hope you didn't take offense at my posting the link to the Australian kit. I did it to demonstrate what a deal your plate is. I design and fabricate stuff myself and know how much time it can take to get it right.
