It's so easy you do not need much of a shopping list. Just the boards from http://oshpark.com/profiles/rusefi some specific MOSFET and some specific amplifier - the rest is just plain resistors.

On the other hand, since you are the second person to ask about today I guess I should get a proper BOM somewhere

Complete package - there is a small community, I am mostly on the software side but there are guys contributing to the hardware package.

Tweak needs super-pursuit mode! That would freak out the other track guys for sure!!!
