^Please do. I can almost see it, but also have never used a fuel regulator (not aftermarket, anywho).

I put on my Ron Novak injection system today. I swear it gained power. I dunno if it'll help MPG, but (atleast in my head haha) I really feel a difference at part-throttle. I can hold 60 @ 14" of vacuum in 5th gear, where I used to hold 60 at about 6-8". I filled up on gas right after putting this system on. Will report back, or might make a new thread if my MPG goes up over a few percentage points.

Sorry, I forgot to update.

Mileage only went up +1MPG (32MPG this last tank). But I'll keep the system on, as it really does make more power. Plus, I've driven about 550 miles and the container is only half empty.

thats not very much per gallon of gas used. hmmm. my goal with the egr delete setup is going to be roughly 1-2 gallons of water per tank of gas. thatd give a ratio of 10-20%. ill be working with my machinist friend this weekend to get the end product of my intake manifold complete. it should look awesome, and perform even better. with heated water/steam at these levels should keep everything nice and clean.

That looked like a lot of machining to do the base plate. Good to have hookups, no doubt.

so this whole intake is going to be bolted together. thats my goal. no welding. does anyone believe that it can seal well this way. what if i put some rtv in the joining faces. what about some metal epoxy. the runners are all going to be press fit into the velocity stack plate, and the bottom plate that mounts to the lower intake manifold. im slighty worried about engine vibration and time, but with some sort of filling agent like an epoxy, what little space is between the joints should be filled up. does anyone have personal experience with this to leave an opinion.

Right now I'm building a catch jar! Since I plan on going turbo someday I figured I'd put this cool piece on the catch my oil and keep this new manifold clean
