Wes here is one I changed out.(bottom pic) It the drivers side. The pride slider is the top one I removed. The one on the track in the festiva slider so it will fit the window holes. Strange thing, I was just checking out the passenger side and its the same as the festiva ??? Now I think I might have got a mismatch set. Maybe one off of front and back door on a four door pride ?? Weird the front drivers side would be different from the passenger side. I glad the passenger side matchs though, the track swap has been a real PITA. Im still having problems with it.

    Passenger side the same ??

    Drivers side different

    Whaaaaat........

.......... Didn't know that one either.

You all are gonna make me go broke with all these cool upgrades.

Does it come with a keyless-entry {button "fob" thingy} too?, or just a switch for the interior?

Youd have to use the old festiva slider and track. Basically just replace the hand crank and cable with the electric one. I go get a pic of the one I almost have done.

It would be a good time to install power locks.

    CHills,
I have a universal PW kit in the garage piles. Last used on an 82 Escort. The motor is in a housing that mounts on the interior side of the door panel and drives window crank shaft. Several adapters were included to fit various cars. I'll try to dig them out for a few pictures.
The manual regulator would have to work a lot smoother and easier than those my 90 in the winter, for the electric unit to move the glass.

2.I NEED to do this upgrade eventually so please let me know what parts you are using or if there are "new" parts that will fit.
3.Don't forget to take more pictures than are necessary.
4.Is there wiring already in the Festiva for adding this (doubt it) or did you have to get wiring for it? If so, where does it hook up?

Sorry for all the questions, Thank you for all the help you can provide?
    Chris
    1. Im not so sure, its a major, for me.
    2. Parts are from a KIA Pride ( used ) other people have done this but probably not using these parts. I think Stefan and Elcamino1 have power windows but I dont know what parts they used.
    3. I always take lots of pics
    4. No wiring in place, I do have a harness though.

Found at least four major differences between the pride power regulator and the festiva manual regulator. See below, All can be corrected by swapping tracks.
    Top mounting bracket is different

    Bottom mounting point is different

Triangle motor mount is different from crank

Different spacing of the holes in the glass
