Discounttire is good. I got a set of 15" Drag Dr-9 with Yokos from them. Very happy with the Drags. I even ran one flat for a bit before I could get pulled over to change it. I was careful, but it took it just fine, and is still in use today. About $100/each for the wheels, and they are 13.xxlbs each for a 15x6.5. Don't bother with the replacement certs unless you live close enough to one of their places that it's worth it. Shipping the tire back to them kinda kills the point of spending $40 extra for right to get a "free" replacement of a $70-80 tire.
Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

ok, so i know that DriverOne said 15 x 5.5 or 15 x 6 would be my best bet, but what if i got 15 x 6.5 with a 40mm offset? or is that still going to be too wide?

You will need spacers with the +40 offset. I have +38 on mine and I needed 1/4" spacers just to clear the KYB rears with FMS lowering springs.
The tires rub the spring perches.

ok, what rim size are you running? and will spacing it compensate enough for the 6.5" width of the rim?

15x6.5 with a 195-50-15 tire. You may need about a 3/8 -1/2" spacer with the +40 offset. You may have issues with the fenders hitting on the outside of the tire. Mine are flared so thats no issue on Lightning.

But it is possible if i flare the fenders right? and will running that much of spacers cause any problems or anything? I dont really know anything when it comes out to rim/tire fitting, but i am willing to learn!

You might not need to mod the fenders. Do you have the wheels yet? If you can get a 195-45-15 tire or a 165-45-15 tire you might not have to run spacers.
Also if you use the Monroe Aspire rear shocks they have a higher spring perch which gives you more clearance at the tire.

ok, and no i dont have them yet or the rims, im just looking around and trying to get all my ducks in a row. i acutely dont have the brake swap or suspension swap don yet but all the ordering of parts is happening at one time and then a whole rework of brakes, suspension, and tires will happen once i get everything.

You can use the monroe shocks with the festiva suspension. My wheels are dual pattern so they will fit either setup.

ok so i found a set of Acura Integra LS Meshies and when i had the owner look for the specs on the rims he found 15 x 6 JJ 45 stamped on them, now i know that the 15 x 6 is the diameter and width but what does the JJ stand for? and is the 45 the offset?
