BP swap time

    Well i took the car of for its first drive sat only had one small leak from a heater house but got that fixed. The exhaust is all that i have to do now i have a temp set up on there now but it still leaks. So the plan is to see if i can get a 2 1/4 exhaust put in. Here are some pics......

              Very nice ! Ive been thinking BP swap too since I have the motor. Id like to use the motor and G25mr tranny togather, but its not looking good.

                    Well i finally have an update about the swap and how it was doing for the past few months. The BP i put in the car had great compression but the oil rings were done and i was burning 2L of oil in less than 1000km. After some time i decided it would be cheaper to get a new BP so i found one with 180,000km for $120 and did the swap this past weekend. The car now runs like a top and this engine was in way better shape than the last. Here are some pics....

                            This looks like a very nice job. Did you have to rework the fire wall at all? From the pics it doesn't look like you did. I've bee wondering if there is a way to avoid the mashed in firewall.

                              I would like to know also. I would want to avoid that as well when I do my swap.
