    I actually noticed a small hole in the intercooler where the rad rubbed against it, it should only need to be brazed (<-- probably spelt that wrong)

    So i got the shift linkage modified tonight so it now bolts up and the shifter feels good inside the car




    I won't get the engine/trans into work tomorrow to make the brackets for the int. shaft and alt. so i'll be shooting for thursday

    Thank you my computer was down the past couple days and i've been busy lately too with my trip up north but i plan on modifying my shift linkage and tomorrow i hope to be bringing my motor/trans into work to make an adapter plate to bolt the intermediate shaft to and make brackets to re-locate the alternator

    I have steadfastly avoided this thread because I thought long and hard about this swap, but after driving a Probe for a year (well alright, for the couple of months out of a year that it was not in the shop) I became very unimpressed with their quality.

    Having said all that, Damkid, you are the man. Subscribed.

    actually, you have that backwards... you normally don't count 0, but since in this case 0 is a year (eg 2000), it must be counted. 2000-2009 is 10 years, even though it doesn't appear that way. remember, there was a year 0 and not just two 1s (BC and AD)

    4. 2003
    5. 2004
    6. 2005
    7. 2006
    8. 2007
    9. 2008
    10. 2009
