    Lol well I just got some good news, a buddy of mine owed me some money and has it for me tonight, so now I can pay the taxes on the diff hopefully UPS is open tomorrow though

    Been there, done that Chris! If I have a choice I always request that the shipper NOT use UPS! Their "brokerage" fees are ridiculous. With USPS or Fedex you may have to pay duty and taxes depending how the vendor is set up.

    I bought my used strut bar from the US, I think from a member here, and it was shipped UPS. There were delays and I ended up paying almost as much in brokerage fees as I paid for the bar in the first place.

    I've bought quite a bit of stuff from Rockauto and they use Fedex. Rockauto bills me directily for the GST and I have yet to be asked for more money when the package arrives. If buying anything from the US I'll try to use a vendor that is set up to collect GST etc.
