Could that design cause any vibrations when driving? I know there shouldn't be vibrations, but I could see with a big engine in there almost everything will want to shake around.

That's beautiful man..you do pretty nice work. My el cheapo welder would have metal splattered within. A 5' radius lol.. i'd have to regrind the whole engine bay!

So while I have the engine out I want to re make my coolant pipe, I only have 1-1/2" clearance between the frame and belts to work with, so originally I used 1-1/4" pipe to squeeze in there

But I have always felt that it was a restriction on the coolant system since it should be 1-1/2" pipe, so here's what I've done so far

Quick pic of the old setup for those who haven't seen before

I took a piece of 1-3/4" and molded it into the frame

That way I can use 1-1/2" to make my coolant pipe and still keep some clearance with the belts

I literally only had to splice 4 wires from the KL harness to get it to run, once you know what your doing, the wiring part is pretty easy

You make it sound so simple. Haha. I'd never get it running.

Welded the wideband bung in place and welded the oil return fitting into the oil pan, now I just gotta get a return hose and the oil lines are finished

Once I put the engine back in after the pipes are header wrapped, I'll fire it up on the stock ECU to drive it on the car ramps to finish up the exhaust

And yes I'll take a video of it idling with the turbo
