All I did today was put the flanges on the milling machine at work so the flanges are flat and all the same height

This is going to awesome!!! I also have been waiting for this thread for a while now. You will have the fastest festiva by far once you turbo it! Best of luck.

Not to worry guys, I will not be cutting any holes in the hood, ever, basically whatever I do the cars outer appearance will not change

But sorry I won't be supercharging it, turbo all the way

Rear turbo sounds pretty logical here. You have no room under the hood and you can chill the intake charge on the way up front. Plus you wont have to worry about a fancy exhaust setup up front.

Because I know a thing or two about the space constraints of that particular car ( ), I think it would be less of a frustration to go with a centrifugal type supercharger... Vortech, or Rotrex if you have the $$$. Then run methanol injection rather than a intercooler. This way you'd be able to keep everything under the hood, as opposed to cutting a hole in the hood for the 'Subaru' type intercooler.

But then again, I never thought a V6 would fit in there either...

    About the turbo(s)

    1 turbo?
    2 turbos?
    Rear mount?
    Which turbo(s)?
Single turbo mounted behind the drivers headlight and it'll probably be an hx35 or hy35

And as for a supercharger, no thanks, I want to keep everything hidden under the hood
