    UPDATE!!!

after trying to figgure out my power door locks for 2 days i gave up... ill do them later when i have more time... i just left the wires hanging under the dash....

remember WAY back before i started riping out the wiring i said i wanted to clean up the wires under the dash? got that all done it looks messy in the pics but that cause i didnt wrap them in tape like the factory... so it looks like there is a ton of wires but there is less in here than from the factory

and where the computer sits now...

and a sight for sore eyes after about a year the dash is finaly back in

    a little more done...

and thats where i stoped for tonight, ill be back at it tomorrow

    stay tuned...

Having just spent over an hour reading this thread, I'm not thoroughly intrigued and excited for a finished product. Awesome job, as a nerd I have to appreciate good wire routing (having had the same problem plague my computer)

    I applaud you good sir.

The thought has crossed my mind to drive to a westiva meet

Just a random idea, but what about a mid Canada meet? That way us Ontario/Quebec members don't have to drive across the entire country

Those are some nice pictures. I am shocked that you had any dirt in your engine bay as it has always been super clean!
I hope your car becomes road worthy soon!

    UPDATE!!!

long story short im pulling some wires out of the harness that i had put in there for gauges but i decided to do it a diffrent way to save some time... this way i can get the dash back in the car and later just run the wires where i need to... its a bit of a step back right now but its gonna take less time this way

while i was pulling the harness out i realized how dirty my engine bay was in some spots, i cleaned it a long time about but didnt do a very good job and most of the cleaning was done on the passengers side cause the trans was still in the car when i cleaned it.... its still not done yet but it looks alot better anyways, here are some before and after pics

    and after

this one i dont have a before pic cause i didnt have my camera handy... but it was even worse than the drivers side... (timing belt oil sling-er...)

    more to come...
    stay tuned...

I have a feeling our cars will be good friends in the immediate future, given that it will be at the farm for the next few months.
