Took a week off for the holidays. Have been mocking up the mounts and doing some house keeping to get ready for installation. Drilled out shifter holes in Festy to make room for Protege shifter. Its a little nicer and will work better with the swap. Cleaned up the distributor and put on the new cap. Did some parts cleaning and prep work for the cold air intake we are going to fab. Finished installing the rear interior panels and rounting the battery under the carpet in the hatch.
We are hoping (fingers crossed) to get a full day in on Saturday.

It's looking beast! Is the hardboard just particle board?
No not particle board...its just like peg board but without the holes...the exact product they use to make door panels just a little thicker. They sell it at Home Depot and Lowes.

Started making the clutch cable adapter last night. We are converting from hydro to cable clutch. Pics coming soon. Also modified the throttle cable bracket on the swap motor to work with the feisty cable. Works great and leaves room for adjustment.
