6 gauge set runs $468 but thats with all sending units and wiring. I up graded to a GPS speedo and that tacked on an extra $100. To have MINIGUN added to the faces was only $10
so much for my tax refund.money pit
No spitters were I work, you swallow it all. The Company feels if you already have it in your mouth why waste it.

thats pretty reasonable on price, cheaper than most highend gauges.

1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

After moving them around this is how they are going to look. Above the middle oil pressure gauge willl be the turn single and high beam indication lights. The board will be covered with carbon fiber

Hmmm... I guess you don't really need a gas gauge since you will always know your almost out of gas  But what about temp? With the long piping under the car (like my wife's Fiero) and the general nature of a rear engine cooling system I think I'd want to know exactly whats going on in there at all times. Are you planning on using a separate gauge pod for the others or mounting them elsewhere in the dash? Looks good though, I once built a gauge cluster out of plywood Except I used the plywood in place of the PCB! Lol
I'd like to do something similar on the next festie I get, but hopefully I can find some slightly (maybe 1/2"-3/4") smaller gauge faces so I can have it setup like my Miata. Never seen a gauge cluster that quite compares to the simply elegant while completely utilitarian first gen Miata gauges. Tells you everything you need to know at a glance (assuming it is one of the years that uses an actual sender rather than a switch for the oil pressure gauge)
No festiva for me ATM...

Looks like you would probably have room for a CEL up there too, and maybe a temp light what would come on if the temp got a few degrees over the high side of the normal range. Dunno, I guess I've just had too many cooling system problems over the years to drive something without a temp gauge right in front of my face lol.No festiva for me ATM...

Having a oil press gauge in your face has saved my dads bacon at least one time.
After rebuilding his 5.0 and firing it up for the first time we were doing some fine tuning with timing and such. He was sitting in the drivers seat when the gauge dropped. He was able to shut it off right away. Turned out the machine shop didnt put one of the oil galley plugs back in right and it blew out UNDER the timing cover. So no visable leak and no pressure. That and the plug blew into the timing chain taking that out with it.

Oil pressure and tac are my priority, with the speedo to round it off.
I would have liked the temp in there too but there just isnt enough room with out making it looked cramed.money pit
