So, I mounted the spolier first. I found these plastic inserts and I used stainless screws. I got both of them from Lowes for under $6. I also used this stuff called "fingertip rope caulk" to seal the spoiler to the hatch. it doesnt harden and it only cost $3 for 30 feet of the stuff.
And here she is installed! I used a 5/16" drill bit and #8 stainless screws. This thing is on there good! (Also, dont mind the red car/ blue hatch/ black spoiler, I plan on finding a hatch in better shape and painting it to match. )
I do have ALL the screw caps, I just didnt have the time to prep and paint those today.
Now, onto the mirrors! I painted them with the same semigloss black that I used on the spoiler. There were some deep scratches but after some sanding and paint they dont look to bad.
