Hot side is .63 AR, Super 60 compressor cold (stock T3 offering)

The kicker on making the move to T3 flange the BP26 manifold is because of how plentiful the turbos are, and how easy it is to make a hybrid based off Garrett housings.
This is the turbo i run on my bp. works well.

x2 that clutch is only rated for 210 tq IIRC, you dont want to have to pay for an item twice, especially one that requires pulling the motor.

This will be my 5th SPEC clutch, they seem to do quite well with their torque rating being able to match it at the tire. I paid cheap for the clutch (cheap enough that I won't be hurt if it dies), and don't plan on railing on the car much. It is my daily, hence wanting solid power numbers without big peak gains. I think the clutch will last me long enough... by long enough, I mean when I start building the other engine and decide to do something REALLY festarded

Nah not a festy meeting! It is a killer cruise. The turnout is awesome aprox 200 well built hot rods. Sprinkle in a few exotics and even fewer low-riders and imports

Enough resistance to produce 200/200 to the tire

Well you can't run a turbo and not have a certain boost setting, so it was a relevant question at least

                              1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Boost (positive pressure) is a measure of resistance... Basically it's saying, "I'm trying to stuff XXX CFM of air into the engine and I've overridden the capability of the engine to do it on it's own (natural aspiration)."

Why is boost irrelavent? Let's say we have the same turbocharger on two BP engines: they're the same in terms of displacement, valve count etc.

Engine #1 is straight out of a 1994 escort GT. BP26 manifold, some rigged up B6T intercooler tubing, 2" bent-at-The-local-muffler-shop exhaust.

Engine #2 has a cylinder head with over 30 hours of port work, 1mm larger intake/exhaust valves, custom billet camshafts that are degreed and tuned via adjustable gears, custom tubular intake manifold, equal length runner header, 3" exhaust with an open dump/divorced open wastegate.

Engine #1 makes 180whp/210tq on 14 PSI. It's very "peaky" with a triangular dyno graph (makes max power and instantly falls off)

Engine #2 makes 235whp/215tq on 14 PSI. It achieved peak torque later than engine #1, but in addition to making substantially more power in peak number it produced steady power across the curve. Under power, engine #2 produced an average of 45 more HP than Engine#2 at all times.

That example isn't too far-fetched, but it's the very reason that you need a turbocharger that's suited for your application. Big boost numbers means nothing except that there's a restriction somewhere, and they're a great excuse to start upgrading
