how the hell did you get the festiva water pipe to fit the bp block with out modding it. are you using the stock water pump? i put my festiva pipe on my bp and i had to mod the elbow that goes to the o-ring'd pipe because it was hitting the block. it had 1/4" being able to fit like yours

The mark isn't on the face of the gear, it is on the flat piece that is on the backside of the gear. There should be a semi circle indent into it. Can't see it with the belt on till you rotate it and it lines up with the mark on the block. It should be right above the square thingy that keeps the gear from slipping on the crankshaft.Last edited by nonamekid; 04-15-2012, 01:58 PM.
