Then painted new tank for 68 Camaro......



Then a friend stopped by for some tires. 1jz big single 505HP..........gotta burn the old ones off



Got the chevelle engine reassembled, and installed....more to come on that....

Well got Sketchmans valve cover gasket done. Which entails cleaning anything that comes off.... And saw a cool truck pull up to the shop next door.

Just working on it. Started out as a simple alternator belt, that turned into a timing belt....then that went to total mechanical restoration. 118 hose clamps 70 feet of different hoses, etc.....

You need one of those posters made up that's floating around on Facebook about art students ...

You know alternator belts are the "gateway drug of choice" for all mechanics.
