I was looking at a couple 2.5's in the wrecking yard, they cover some area yet
they look shorter than the F block. Does that little volvo V8 have the right bell
housing? Seems like ford svo was using a g series tranny with the taurus svo
and the volvo seems durable..I know you have probably given these more than
a passing thought!!

Lol I'm just waiting for the next nut case to come along and duplicate what I've done

Soon I'll just have to build another V6 festiva so I can finally see other people driving the swap around lol

Chris. We'll make it work. I once heard a guy stuffed a v6 in one of these tiny bays. He must be crazy.

We have to move the tb flange back about 1 ¾ inches. My neighbor can weld aluminum.
