    Thanks Chris lol!

We did this on Friday, new bearings...didn't touch the races....and reassembled the transmission. This project has convinced me to get an electric impact wrench to speed stuff up.

I picked up a Kobalt electric impact wrench for $138. It's probably the best tool in my arsenal at this point.

Pulled the gastank...pain in the ass. Previous owner said it leaked over half a tank. Found the hole and patched it with silver solder...it's really hard to melt but once it does it sticks really well, ground it down and I'm confident it'll stick. Im going to try to do some kind of leakdown test to make sure no new holes wee made while I was removing the rust from the rest of the tank. Damn it's in rough shape lol

A new tank can be had for a little over $100. If your going to be feeding that mighty Mazda v6 why not just get a new tank?

Even Chris was sayin he got one from NAPA a couple years ago for 130 bucks. But a quote from NAPA now netted 250 bucks.

For some reason the only ones they have are in bloody Alberta. Im going to get more quotes though.
