    Was goats. Now donkeys.

I need a set of Festiva seat brackets. Do you have any? Whole seat frame from both sides would be nice so I can cut them where I need them. Got the brackets removed from the MR2 seats and ready to do some fabricatin!!!!!!

I love the way they feel, just don't like the headrests when they are popped up. Look like alien heads from the rear. Well, I am assuming what alien heads would look like based on Hollywood anyway.

Nice start to the thread since you put in a lot of suspense in it lol

          1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
          1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

I want it to be a good thread that lots of people follow.

The work I am doing now will be done in the "finish what you start fashion". Working on seats now. I got the feet removed from the stock MR2 sliders and am waiting to find some stock Festiva feet to mount the new seats to.

these are what I am looking for

I think 1chrisapple has some but we lost signal during our last conversation this evening. Unsure on the deal. So if someone has some they'd be willing to part with please LMK. I need all 4 corners for both front seats. Not the track though.

gomez, I had a lot of trouble fitting my seats in the right spot. Things that I didn't think about at first were contact with the shifter, height difference between inner and outer rails, distance from steering wheel at maximum extension. There are two different sets of Festiva seat mounting pads, depending on the model year. I would recommend taking a lot more measurements. and studying the mount points carefully. Good luck.

Got the MR2 seats mounted up today. All I have to do now is blast the mounts and take them to my buddy the Powder Coater, finish welding the mounts to the seat bases, and finally take them to my cousin the upholsterer to refinish to match the interior.

These are some more goodies I got earlier this week.

I'm within driving distance (1.5-2 hrs tops) of Safetyguy, jake88maro, Zoom Zoom, and about 5-6 other active members. Used to be somewhat close to PU241 but he can't make up his mind what State he wants to hail from.
