Gomez, I noticed you have the cables for the gas flap and hatch lock release. But, do you have the rear striker to make it work?

Yeah I got one of those and all the other little parts for the gas door, etc. But I am not sure I am gonna use the hatch opener (since it already has one in the hatch). I will probably just remove that section of the release mechanism. Just didn't think was necessary to post every little tiny piece, except for maybe the really cool stuff like engine/suspension parts!!! lol

Yeah. you gotta come get those tie-downs. They have found a permanent place in my garage. Although they are still in that Flat Rate box. LOL This weekend I am going to cousins to get the seats recovered, after that all is good. I will talk Festy to anyone that will listen or chime in as well, anytime anywhere. Except while at work. Then I couldn't afford the Festy anymore cause I wouldn't have a job. Lol My garage is always open to ANY FESTY LOVER that wants to stop by and hang. Seriously. There is endless beer .1 miles down the road.

The endless beer? Actually I mean that there is a store that is within a 3 minute walk if we get too drunk to drive there. OR do you mean endless Festy talk? We can do both. Best Pizza in the 5 county area is 1/4 mile down the road too. I am all about fun. Life is too serious nowadays. Humor and laughter is the best therapy. Except for some good Motocross action, but I quit that a few years ago.

I'd have to get my hitch put on to bring my bike. All of the above.

On the way out the door this past Saturday to drop my seats off at my cousin's upholstery shop I was stopped by my local Postal Dude. He had a large box of stuff that only I knew the contents of.

I was also contacted by a good Festiva friend that may also have some more pretty cool stuff (actually VERY cool stuff) for my build. Just need to work out some details. Hopefully we can agree on them.

Probably start removing the engine this weekend and start stripping the b6t. Got a couple sweet ideas on engine mounts but am gonna take my time. Might be a little boring in the meantime but I will surely post pics of anything I try, good bad or anything in between. Hopefully stirring up ideas in other peoples minds too.
