Random observation of the day. At steady part throttle acceleration at around 4500 rpm afr will go from 14:1 to 9:1. I currently have vics set to switch around that point to not sure if it's related yet.

I've sanded the large diameter rib down on a belt sander too, rather than cutting it off. That gives another inch or more of bump stop. The nice thing about adjusting your rate with the bump stop is that your not increasing the rate of the initial sag, so it ends up being a more stable setup (except on washboard dirt roads).

Pretty sure I'm using the same bumpstop. Ill check that tab tomorrow I took a quick peek at it before I drove home today but it isn't obviously hitting.

Maybe I missed it, but on mine with the Aspire beam I had to bend over the metal tab that hits the tire, just near the bumper cover end.

What are you running for a bump stop stack? I'd add bump stop before adding spring rate.

I dumped the rear seat, spare tire, and a few other things on the way into work this morning. It doesn't rub over all bumps anymore still rubs in corners though.

Roughly -3.5 with the rear cranked up as high as it'll go with 105lb springs. This is also on a aspire beam with the sway bar removed. Part of the problem is the speeds I need to be going to be pushing it are way above the speed limit. And there are very few smooth roads around here that aren't lined with trees or big ditches. Really need to get it on a track before I start finding limits. Also need different wheels or stiffer springs in the back the tires rub really bad under hard cornering.

What's your camber in the rear Joe? Also try coming into corners faster and setting the front with light braking into the corner. Practice this with plenty of runnoff. The trick is to point the car in the direction you want and then roll on the throttle to straighten the car. It's the opposite of a RWD car.
