That's interesting. Do you have a wideband?

Swapped back to the original injectors and played with the spring in the vaf today. Adjusted it something like 15 "clicks" leaner but I've got it idling at 14 and at wot near redline its at 10. Its still weird though if you back off on the throttle it will go richer. It runs way better like this though, doesn't sound as raspy and pulls hard whole way to limiter.

Haven't really figured out the running lean part yet but I harassed charlie and have a few things to try to fix that. Went to put the festiva rear beam and brakes back in yesterday. Luckily I test fit my wheels on my drums before I pulled the aspire stuff off because the festiva hub center bore is to big to fit my wheels. :violent1: So I just said screw it and kept the aspire beam on there. I did at least remove the sway bar from it though.

Got the data logger working tonight. If you look at the log at 5600 rpm my vaf is reading .44v and afr is 17:1. When I reached in the vaf and pushed the door as wide open as it'd go it'd max out at .33v. When it's completely closed it's only at like 3.5v so not really sure what's going on there. I hooked up a fuel pressure gauge and test drove it. It's staying around 40 psi whole way to redline.

Drove it some more last night. It seems to only run lean over half throttle. It pulls great up to the limiter if you don't go wot.

Are you running this on stock electronics?

Swapped back to stock festiva injectors. Idles around 14:1 but under acceleration it just falls on its face above 4500 and it goes down to 17-19:1.

I drove it home and I don't think I'll be able to drive it like this its so bad. It's running really rich around 9:1. Also forgot that I drained the trans and never refilled it. So that started making lovely noises on the way home. Limped it to my garage and dumped in some atf. The noises stopped after that lol.

If you find a exhaust that makes the b6d sound good let me know mine sounds like a Kazoo And all the 1.6 miatas at the track did to the other day. Lol

Just took it out for a test drive. The surging that I had with the b3 is still there. According to the wideband it's running about 14:1 then when the surging stops it's about 10:1. It's sounds ok at low rpm (kinda honda though) but up top it's all rasp and sounds horrible.

Well it would've been running today if the injectors weren't all varnished up.

New set ordered should be here by friday.
