no es bueno. Rubs really bad. I think itll be ok once I pull the back seat. Ive already pulled it but its still sitting in the back till I drop it off at my garage.

I love these wheels but they might have to go if I can't pull the fenders enough to clear in the back. I still have to fit a set of taller tires on them to get rid of the vibration at highway speeds.

Still haven't made up my mind on the suspension. Just crusing around it doesn't feel like it wants to change direction as easily. That's probably a good thing at higher speeds though. When I try to push it the tires rub really bad so I back off. I did push it hard for a little but it didn't feel that great. Part of the problem is the lack of power. Every time I would get on the throttle it just felt meh and didn't want to pull through the corner like I wanted it to. At lower rpm and part throttle where my afr are correct it felt like everything was starting to work right. Really hard for me to type out how it felt. There was one pucker moment when I went around a corner that was covered in gravel. The whole car slid a little but the back end didn't want to come around on me. I'm gonna try to roll/pull my rear fenders again sometime this week and swap back to the big injectors. It might just be in my head but I really feel like there's a night and day difference between the two sets of injectors.

Looking great Joe! Does it handle better with the rear dialed in?

5.5 degrees of camber looks fierce on a festiva lol. Those gold wheels are killer.

I'd like the stripes more if both sides matched lol. Previous owner rattle canned them and didn't get them straight or even. I'm planning on getting some vinyl made to cover them up eventually.

As long as its a gm or mazda swap I can fumble my way through lol.

Thanks! Its been around 2.5yrs since I started on it. Would've had it last month if I hadn't failed the hvac and auto trans certs. disgust

Finally got around to welding a tip on the muffler today. The exhaust ended behind the bumper so it made it sound a lot louder inside than it really was. Now its super quiet can barely even hear it while cruising. Still sounds like a f****ing honda though.

Cleaned up the engine bay a little. Finally mounted the vics solenoid on the firewall and taped up the wiring harness where I cut it open.

Messed around with the alignment. Its a royal pita to do with just washers.
Might have a little too much camber..... stance makes her dance lol

Thats better. I know it's not perfect but its better than what I had. Doesn't rub over bumps now but will rub through corners at speed. I should probably just go ahead and gut the back. Might help a little.

Also tried a bp01 (1.8 sohc) ecu in it today. Didn't help ran even leaner on b3 injectors.

I couldn't find a stainless resonator with 2in inlet and outlet so I just have two magnaflow mufflers on mine.

Resonators remove harmonics by absorbing certain Hz and also allows the exhaust gasses to expand and cool which also changes the tone. I suspect the resonators that you are used to hearing are not resonators but rather mufflers or cored resonators and cheap ones at that. Have that cobalt SS swap in a real resonator or cherry bomb and I guarantee the rasp will disappear.

Deep with resonators? Can you post a exhaust vid? what resonators are you using the only experience I've had with them is they add a air putting sound like a riced d series Honda my buddy with a 06 colbalt ss did a muffler swap to an apexi n1 but now he's gotta drop the res to lose the Honda sound

Yeah old lm1 wideband/datalogger. Wouldn't even try to attempt all this parts switching/adjusting without one.
