Doing some research that cams for the price won't give me a ton more HP alone I'd need to build more compression to make much more
People basically say going forced induction is the best bang for buck which I did a more budgeted build idea
12:1 vortech fmu $160
I need to find what to retard my timing to
Rebuild my 2 k03s $100 and do twin turbo which isn't the most efficient but I think it'd be cool
Or get a different turbo in need of a rebuild
Intercooler and piping $200
Not 100% sure what I'm gonna do for oil and coolant lines
And I'd build my own exhaust mani
What am I missing? And on a 1-10 scale how bad of an idea is this lol I already have a aem wideband installed so that's good

K03 x 2 won't do any good. If you want 2 turbos, you want sequential and feed the big one first. But a better idea is a properly sized single.

I think a proper single would be better as well, and sequential is always better for dual in smaller engines.
What i have found building stuff (but not turbos) is that the fittings and hoses and little things you dont think of beforehand end up costing a ton by the end.

I figured being the k03 is so small 2 would atleast give me some volume and help raise the spool away from such a low rpm

Also fellas I already have 2 k03s turbos from other engines that's why I'm considering it vs. buying another turbo saving money but idk I'll probably wait till a good deal comes around for a larger single

Ok here's what I'm thinking
Single k03s rebuilt
50mm cxracing external wastegate
20mm greddy blowoff valve
eBay intercooler and charge piping
12:1 vortech fmu
Still gotta find what to retard my timing to
Oil and cooling lines I'll most likely go AN
I'm thinking of a 50mm wastegate because the k03s is going to be restrictive on the top end being the lil baby it is
I'm thinking 5-7 psi i do not want to go higher till I get a proper turbo and microsquirt ecu and tune how does this list Sound to you guys Bueno? Im gonna start making the flanges for the k03s and bp soon

School had a carshow I entered the audio comp and I hit 130.3 decibles with the sensor on the dash I might win it's a Toss up of rules if they follow them I win cars doing well though

On that timing thing, DO NOT retard timing a lot on forced induction, even without waste spark its not good. At 5psi timing will be pretty normal.

A sad update my trans is dying one of the primary shaft bearings is worn out making noise I've located a 40k miles trans for $420 which I want to get but I also need
a new clutch
resurface the flywheel or a new one
axles
im able to rebuild my passenger but my driver is extremely low quality and I just want to be rid of it
I still need to find a shop to rebuild axles
I'm just gonna see how far she will go I'll be nice to her but I just need her to last enough to get all cash together for this I won't be surprised if it reaches 1k
