They only problem with that is you won't be able to make the same amount of horsepower within the same octane range as forced induction simulates displacement as well as increased compression less boost less simulated displacement less horsepower granted it's not a terrible idea if you only wanted say 200hp but strong off boost of course if he went to higher fuels like e85 he could probably get the same HP numbers as he could with 93 on 8:1 with more boost it's all give and take 9.4:1 is decently high I'm not sure how many psi of boost it'll take to max out his choice of fuel
