So my stay in canada has been extended. I'm not 100% sure as to when I'll be home tho.
1st task when I get home is to get Lucifer but on the road asap. Then I switch focus to setting up OVERKILL. gonna lower the boost and replace the turbo with the gtx. Then drive it to see what all she is doing. Once I understand the changes I'll report to Carlos and have him remote tune it.
I am so ready to get home and play. So many new parts sitting there waiting

I might have to go back to Canada one more time! I trained the guys up there on how we install the gears. The hope is that they can handle it from here on. Ill know more tomorrow.
Im hoping that im all done with them and that i can get back onto my cars. I have the new GTX 2867r gen 2 in. The turbo looks great. It spins so much better then the turbo in it now...I also have the cable to have it retuned by carlos. Once i get the new turbo on it ill have carlos do his thing. I cant wait to see how much it changes the car. This being my 1st good turbo im very excited about it. Im picking up the metal this weekend to get started on the core support.

Just messing get around. 3rd gear (light) roll on shift to 4th even lighter roll on. Manifold is leaking and still on the eBay turbo. Still have cheap crappie tires. Still no core support mod. Just for fun!

I have not taken the manifold off yet! I have been waiting to get my audi finished 1st. I didnt want to not have a back up car ready. Audi will be going into the shop in Saturday for a 1 day visit. If the car comes back on saturday ill pull the mani on the bpt. Either way tho i want to have a backup car road worthy before i go pulling overkill apart.
Also just picked up a power steering pump from ebay. its an 03 kia rio unit. I like the one on Lucifer so ill stick with it. I might even put my electric power steering pump on it from my spare audi car. IDK on that yet tho. If i went PS i could run a steering quickener and feel no extra load on the wheel.

Pretty neat though. I'd still do the lower support as well.

You guys should have see what was left of the stock one
It also was only held on by 2 nuts lol. We talked about doing the lower core suport like I welded up for the red car and making the plates extend all the way up under the crash bar mounting points to tie it all together.
It's gotta be better then what it was, it was all over the road when in boost.
Oh mike did you get a new fuel filtes?
Yep! New fuel filter. Crash bar is done. Lower support is in the works now

We extended the plates up to the bumper mount on our LeMons car. Seems to work good. That car feels slow as hell, but pulls past V8 cars with ease. That's just how it should be.
