Could you just use them 3d printed ones?
The moog ones are some type of plastic, fiber reinforced I imagine. Don't know much about plastics tho lol.

I'm sure there is a plastic version you could make, but longevity wise I would prefer aluminum or steel. There are a lot of heat factors like if you had a wheel bearing start to fail on the highway, etc.

They fit good but did you put tires on and check alignment to see if they give you the adjustment you want for camber and toe?

I wouod be scared to. The moog ones are super thin and that plastic squishes to conform to anything thats not perfectly flat. I tried putting pop can shims behind one but that plastic just squishes around the pop can shim and doesnt actually shim...

I put a straight edge on it to make sure it gives the camber/toe you need. I have the car up in the air with everything apart waiting for the production versions of these.

Just ordered the rest of my coilover suspension set-up last night since the car is off the ground. Need to obtain some Aspire lower control arms still but I'm almost ready to convert the entire suspension over.

It's gotta be loaded to check. Camber turns into toe as the beam rotates up. If you set the toe at full droop (car raised with stock length shocks) you'll have a half inch of toe in with the car on the ground.

Yep I know that. I had the car jacked up from the rear beam to check the adjustments. Nothing was set in that picture because it's just a plastic test fit part and I literally just got it and was excited to test fit it, hahaha.

Finally got all my brakes installed, coilovers, etc fixed and installed! Took a long time since I've been having quite busy weekends. Waiting on rear spacers so I can install the other 2 14 inch RX7 wheels. Bonus picture of all my cars together.
