Right. I wouldn't advocate putting it in a non flex fuel car unless you know what you're doing. If you do have a flex fuel car, however, E-85 diminishes fuel economy due to fewer BTU's, but the car's PCM also advances spark timing and gives the car a little extra push. At least that's the experience I had in the flex fuel Ranger I messed around with in my alternative fuels class.Originally posted by Festiva_tunner
