      its an 91 EFI motor the only true preformance upgrage is a slightly more aggrssive clutch . . . keep the motor cleaned out and run 87 pump gas

          hahaha. Where i live there's one pump around that sells 93... the highest is 91 and usually i put in 89... its an ethenal blend- Go Figure, i live in iowa. hahaha

            Same here in Illinois. You're hard pressed to find anything that isn't 10% ethanol or more.

                        Right. I wouldn't advocate putting it in a non flex fuel car unless you know what you're doing. If you do have a flex fuel car, however, E-85 diminishes fuel economy due to fewer BTU's, but the car's PCM also advances spark timing and gives the car a little extra push. At least that's the experience I had in the flex fuel Ranger I messed around with in my alternative fuels class.
